To join the Caucus, you must be a registered Democrat and pay annual dues.

Upon joining the Caucus, you will receive a welcome email with all the details on how to get involved, including a questionnaire so we can get to know you better!

  • We aim to amplify queer voices and ensure LGBTQ+ individuals lead the conversation. We do not gatekeep queerness—membership is open to anyone who identifies with or supports our community. Anyone seeking membership must be a registered Democrat.

  • The Idaho Democratic Queer Caucus operates within the Idaho Democratic Party, and must adhere to Idaho Democratic guidelines.

    Our mission is to work collectively within the party to drive meaningful change for the queer community.

  • Grassroots and Standards Memberships are renewed annually on the anniversary of joining.

  • Yes! You can sign-up for our newsletter, follow us on social, and donate to the Queer Caucus!

  • Voting members have the power to participate in decisions that shape the direction of the caucus, including elections and policy votes.

  • We believe in making the caucus accessible to all. If dues are a barrier, you can opt for the Grassroots Membership at $10/year, which ensures everyone can still have a voice in our movement.

  • Absolutely! While membership provides additional perks, you do not need to be a member to volunteer at events or participate in certain activities. We welcome everyone who wants to help the cause.
